We started creating our business in 2020 with one goal in mind: providing the best, more creative, enjoyable and twisted Mac & Cheese in the Houston area. With hard work and dedication, we’ve managed to become masters of the craft. Providing dishes that are fresh, hearty, and simply unforgettable.
Every bowl is made with quality pasta and a signature cheese sauce made just with cheese and cream (No roux= No flour). We guarantee you will have a unique and an elevate Mac and Cheese Experience

Edwin grew up with a great curiosity and love for food, finding himself always around the stove as a child, he developed his culinary passions, knowledge and creative techniques through out the years. His lifelong dream has been to open a successful restaurant his life dream is to pen a successful restaurant that every member of the family, young and old, loves. With Mac and Twist, his dream is finally becoming a reality.
Edwin has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked both in the oil and gas industry and as a business consultant.

With the mind and soul of an entrepreneur, Patricia has always wanted to start a business and is excited with this prospect of bringing this ambitious startup to life.
Patricia has an Accounting degree, she had worked in important roles for important companies in Oil and Gas and also in the Food Industry.
